Shanghai Joy Crown Industry Co., Ltd automatic wet wipe production line is one of the most advanced and complete production of wet wipe line in the world. Wet wipes formula is made by the factory on the same day. Folding, cutting, water-injection, and plastic sealing of wet wipes are all completed in the cleaning room to avoid human pollution. According to the category of wet wipes, we can produce a full range of wipes with the weight of 15 grams to 80 grams and wipes from 10pcs to 100pcs per pack. Each production line can produce up to 60,000 packs of wet wipes a day, and there are currently 12 such production lines in our factory.

Joy Crown Wet Wipes Strict Quality Control System

Each pack of biodegradable wet wipes undergoes three rounds of testing before leaving the factory. The first round is the workshop inspection. In the trial production stage of wet wipes, after plastic sealing, the on-site QA will check and approve 61 indicators in six categories, including basic materials, internal and external packaging, packaging films, and air tightness. The second round is the random inspection and testing of the products by QA department. The finished products are randomly selected for re-testing and comparison of various indicators. After confirmation, they are archived and saved for future traceability. The third round is chemical testing. After the finished product is extracted and unpacked, the colony index and the ingredients of the potion are chemically tested to ensure that the product safety meets the standards.
